About the role

As an Area Sales Manager for our Midlands region, you will be responsible for proactively growing sales and building on relationships within our existing distributor base whilst developing prospective customers within the region.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a proactive sales environment and will have a determination to grow their own career in sales.
This role is field-based role with the requirement to attend meetings at our offices when required.

  • A proven successful track record in sales; you must be able to demonstrate achievements of
  • financial objectives and targets through developing new business
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Industrial market sector
  • Have experience of working in a fast paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sole budget responsibility for the geographical area, promoting Beeswift products to both
  • new and existing distributors, and visiting end users for product specification
  • Proactively engage with a diverse range of distributors, developing strong relationships with
  • key decision makers
  • Engaging strategically with end users with the aim of specifying Beeswift product to back sell
  • through distribution
  • Generate profitable sales for Beeswift, through effective pricing management and customer
  • activity
  • Working closely with an internal member of the sales department to effectively manage sales
  • focused activities including preparation of quotations and ensuring customers are updated with new product or service information
  • Taking part in exhibitions when required
  • Submitting weekly reports to provide an overview of sales generation activities, and general
  • market insights to the management team

    Package and Benefits

    Full time working hours are between 8am and 6pm and totalling 37.5 hours per week with a 30
  • minute unpaid lunch break.
