CUSTOMER PRODUCT DATA FILE & STOCK FEEDS

Beeswift Customer Data File.

At the request of our customers, the product SKU file we supply has now been added to the 'Stock Code' page on Beeswift Online. This enables our customers to request this information from us whenever and how often they like. Once the file has been requested from us it usually takes around 15 minutes for it to be generated and emailed to you.

The Product SKU data file is a complete listing of all the Beeswift products available for purchase.
The contents of the file are listed below:
Item Number, Product Title Description, Product Grouping, Brand, Image File (matches our image filenames), Weight, UOM, Price (Customer cost price), Tax Rate, Pack Size, Carton Size, Sales Description Text, Barcode, Pricing Group, Tariff Code, Customer Part Number, Carton Weight, Category, Sub Category, Country of Origin, Web group, Web Description, HTML Sales Text, Colour, Size, Outer Carton Dimensions, Created Date.

This information should help our customers use the data in their internal systems, online webstores and marketplaces.

Stock Feed

To complement the Data File Beeswift also have a Stock Feed facility to give our customers upto date inventory levels for use in their online services.
Banded stocking levels can be sent via a Beeswift FTP service direct to the customers webserver in a CSV file format. From this file customer's webservices can then inform their customers if Beeswift products are available using us as their "second warehouse".
