About the role
As an Outbound First Line Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of best in practice warehousing operations, including within our warehousing principles and processes.
You will nurture and support your team to continuously exceed our customer expectations and key deliverables, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement across our warehousing function.
The role will report into our Senior Shift Manager.
Depending on experience, the salary banding for this role is £28-32k per annum.
